Sprinter Van Delivery Driver
Automation Personnel Services is looking for aDelivery Driverfor a company based inClearwater, FL.Inthisrole, you willhave the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growingmanufacturer ofaerospacecoating andmetal finishing.
Pay Rate
$18.00 -$22.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Day shift
Primarily local routes within Pinellas County
Regular trips to Sarasota (approximately twice per week)
Occasionallonger-distance deliveries (up to 700 miles round trip)
Delivery DriverDuties and Responsibilities
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured and handled properly.
- Operate a sprinter van to deliver finished products to key customers in a timely and professional manner
- Pick up parts and materials from customer locations
- Review in-process documentation according to internal procedures
- Prepare and ship finished orders back to customers
- Facilitate customer pickups and ensure smooth handoffs
- Inspect ordered products and report any issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate delivery and shipment records
- Ensure vehicle is operated safely and maintained properly
Delivery DriverQualificationsandRequirements
- High school diploma or equivalentrequired
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- Previous driving/delivery experience required (Sprinter van experience preferred)
- Ability to pass a security background check
- Strong reliability, work ethic, and attendance record
- Ability to follow procedures and handle documentation accurately
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
- Must be able tolift upto 50lbs
- Bilingual (Englishrequired;Spanish or other languages a plus)
