Full-Time Call Center RepresentativeLocation: Edinburg, TX (In-Office) l Pay: $16-$18.50Schedule:40 hours/week, 10-hr shifts l Must work one weekend day (Sat or Sun) and HolidaysAt Map Communications, we pride ourselves on building a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative team. If you're a great communicator who loves helping people and working in an upbeat environment, we'd love to meet you!Our call center serves both English and Spanish speaking callers, so interactions may take place in either English or Spanish. Translation or interpretation between the two may be required depending on the caller's needs. We are an inbound call center only. We do not perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success from day one. What You'll Do:Warmly greet callers and handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.Gather, verify, and relay accurate message details so our clients can rely on us completely. Efficiently enter information into our computer system with high attention to detail.What We're Looking For:A welcoming, upbeat, and professional phone presence.Strong English and Spanish communication skills (excellent spelling and grammar).Comfortable navigating a Windows-based computer environment.Typing speed of 35+ WPM.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Flexibility to work one weekend day each week.Pay and Benefits (Waiting period may apply):Pay:$18.50 / Hour with Perfect Attendance.Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift.
