AsanAssistantCenter Manager, you willbe responsible for:

• Leading by example and infusingthe team with a passion for creating outstandingguestexperiences

• Ensuring every guest has a memorable and inviting experience

• Training & coachingAssociates

• Supporting and enhancing a positive,fun,and performance-oriented workplace culture

• Recruiting,trainingandretainingSalesAssociates andEstheticians

• Selling Wax Passes

• Overseeing loss prevention, expensecontroland center cleanliness

• Fosteringa positive work environment that encouragesnewideasand innovative problem-solving

• Implementingand executingsystems/process consistent with a high performing franchise

• Organizingoutreach and marketing events

• Demonstratingsuccess as an effective trainer and motivator toyour team

Requirements:

• Must have proventrack recordof success with sales andcustomer service

• Effective communication skills inall situationssuch asguest relations, conflict resolution, individualcoachingand group presentations

• Enthusiasm for thebrandand beauty industry

• Outgoing, energetic, resourceful and detail-oriented

• Demonstrate the ability to evaluate issues,establishprioritiesandpivotdirection when necessary

• Able to work a flexible schedule including days,eveningsand weekends
