The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient, safe, and organized operations. This position coordinates the movement of inventory, vehicles, equipment, and materials to meet company project needs while maintaining compliance with all safety and operational policies. The Warehouse Manager is accountable for warehouse inventory management, financial oversight of warehouse operations, and inventory-related project costing. This role partners with other departments to ensure vehicles, equipment, and supplies are ready for deployment and that the warehouse operates smoothly and effectively. Although this position has no direct reports, it provides operational leadership and coordination across warehouse activities.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations supporting Logistics and Culinary, including receiving, storage, inventory, asset management, shipping, and distribution.
  • Lead warehouse personnel, including temporary staff, by assigning work, establishing priorities, monitoring performance, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Manage inventory and asset control processes, including receiving, transfers, returns, physical inventories, reconciliation, and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Determine the allocation and assignment of assets and equipment to camps, large-scale projects, and job sites based on operational needs, availability, and priorities.
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Culinary, and project teams to forecast and plan asset, equipment, material, and supply needs for upcoming projects.
  • Plan, arrange, and schedule the transportation and delivery of assets, equipment, and supplies to job sites in support of project timelines.
  • Manage purchasing and vendor coordination for warehouse supplies, equipment, transportation, delivery services, and other operational needs within established authorization levels.
  • Manage warehouse budget and financial activities, including monitoring expenses, reviewing costs and invoices, tracking purchases, and supporting financial forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain warehouse procedures and controls to promote inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, accountability, and effective use of company assets.
  • Monitor warehouse capacity, inventory levels, asset availability, and project requirements to identify and address potential shortages or operational risks.
  • Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, safety requirements, and established procedures while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

What You Bring to the Table
  • 4 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience required.
  • Previous experience leading warehouse operations or personnel and coordinating inventory, logistics, purchasing, or asset distribution preferred.
  • Experience coordinating warehouse activities and inventory control preferred.
  • Familiarity with fleet or equipment management a plus.
  • Experience using warehouse or inventory management software preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (Certification preferred)
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus
