What You'll DoSet forms for footings, foundations, and flatwork
Pour, level, and finish concrete for floors, sidewalks, slabs, and agricultural buildings
Ensure proper grading, reinforcement, and quality on every project
Assist with erecting pre-engineered and wood-frame buildings
Install roofing, siding, insulation, flashing, and other exterior materials
Perform rough and finish carpentry as needed
Frame interior walls and install doors, trim, and other finish work
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Pride in producing quality work
Ability to work well as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Construction or concrete experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
