An Assembler Technician is responsible for utilizing prints, work instructions and wiring diagrams in order to assemble product on the production line.This position will be responsible for assembling and joining copper and other metal components using brazing techniques to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our cooling systems.This may include the use of power tools, hand tools, overheadhoistsand fixtures to complete assembly and transport material to and from thework station. Chiller Assembly Techniciansare responsible foradhering to all safety and quality requirements while meeting production schedule demands. The Chiller Assembly Technician reports to the Production Supervisor.
Hours: 3rd Shift: 10PM-6AM
Pay: Starting Rate is $24.23/hour after 9 months the pay rate will increase to $26.23.
Shift Differential: 3rd Shift is &1.50/hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using various manual and powered hand tools to assemble units according to customer specifications.
- Perform brazing for refrigeration and watercircuitper print requirements.
- Perform high voltage, 3-phase wiring of electrical system.
- Ability to measure, cut, fit, and insulate water piping assembly.
- Readsblueprintswork instructions, and wiring diagrams to build ormodifyunits.
- Ensure completion of Quality and Production checklists/processes.
- Usecomputerto access and enter information including Windows based and CAD platforms. Keepsworkarea neat,cleanand orderly.
- Operate overhead hoists, manual hand trucks, and powered industrial trucks whenrequired.
