Path 2 Potential, LLC, is New York's fastest growing Autism Treatment company, providing school-based/in home ABA services, actively seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and our ideal candidate will be dually Licensed as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our team and grow with our exciting company.
Location:
BCBA Supervisors Role
- Initial and/or continuing client (re)assessments with a VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, Vineland, etc.
- Develop of treatment plans and Behavior Intervention plans for clientele.
- Supervise ongoing ABA programs.
- Parent Training (If applicable).
- Manage the clients and therapists on assigned case.
- Manage Data Collection (we currently use Catalyst).
Qualifications
- Current BCBA and LBA certification and at least 2 year of home-based or school ABA experience.
- Master's Degree in ABA or related field, i.e., Special Ed., Child Psych, etc.
- Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments (such as VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ADOS-2, etc.)
- Display excellent clinical competence and judgment; ability of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
