Reconstruction Project Manager

Looking for an experienced Restoration Construction Manager . This role involves overseeing projects from pre-construction to completion, including developing project budgets, managing contracts, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

·Project Management:

Overseeing all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction.

·Budget Management:

Developing and managing project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring projects stay within budget.

·Contract Management:

Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

·Team Leadership:

Leading and supervising construction teams, including field crews, subcontractors, and other professionals.

·Risk Management:

Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

·Communication:

Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong Technical Skills:Understanding of construction methods, building codes, and construction management principles.
• Project Management Skills:Experience in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects.
• Contract Management Skills:Experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
• Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership Skills:Ability to lead and motivate construction teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and resolve project issues.
• Strong Work Ethic and Commitment to Quality:A commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Educational Background:

• Experience: in construction management or related fields is also required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
