Responsibilities
  • Maintain open communication with seniors, families, and the care team
  • Assist with personal care needs
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Follow individualized care plans and report updates as needed
Requirements
  • CNA or HHA certification preferred (not required for all cases)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background checks and screenings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for helping seniors
