Responsibilities
- Lead all operationswithin the PressDepartment across multipleshifts.
- Develop, coach, andmentor Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Team Leads, and production associates.
- Drive departmental performancethrough KPI managementand continuous improvementinitiatives, includingKaizen and otherlean manufacturing practices.
- Establish and monitorproduction goals, efficiencytargets, scrap reductioninitiatives, SPM, andother key operationalmetrics.
- Identify safety concerns, production challenges,and delivery riskswhile implementing effectivecorrective actions.
- Collaborate with seniorleadership, Human Resources, Quality, Maintenance,and other cross-functional teams toachieve operational objectives.
- Evaluate leadership performanceand identify trainingand professional developmentopportunities.
- Prepare and presentoperational updates, performancemetrics, and improvementinitiatives to seniorleadership.
- Foster a culturecentered on safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuousimprovement.
- Ensure compliance withall company policies, safety regulations, andquality standards.
