Physical Therapist

We are looking for a Physical Therapists to join our team and provide rehabilitative care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, and sports medicine, has the ability to multi-task, and work well with a team. NEW GRADUATES WELCOME! The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic exercises and activities to help patients regain their mobility and strength. Salary based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patient's physical condition and needs.
• Develop a plan of care for each patient, including goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.
• Provide therapeutic treatments such as massage, stretching, and exercises to improve patient's mobility and strength.
• Educate patients on proper use of assistive devices such as crutches, canes, walkers, etc.
• Provide guidance on how to prevent further injury or illness.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Complete documentation in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

• State licensure as a PT
• CPR certified
