The Opportunity

Weare seeking adynamic and results-drivenBusiness Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role offers a unique pathway for career development, beginning with a comprehensive ramp period focusedonexposure to potential customers in alow-riskenvironment that gives you an opportunity to develop your skillset. During this time,you'llreceive training and coaching to help you succeed, while we work together toidentifythe best fit for your skills within ourlarger business development team.

Career Growth and Pay

Our BDRs start with a $45,000 base salary. After your ramp period,you'llbe eligible for commission, bringing your on-target earnings (OTE) to $69,000.

What to Expect

YourFirst Month(Ramp Period)

You'llstart as aBusiness DevelopmentRepresentative, making calls to warm and cold leads whileparticipatingin a structured onboarding program that includes:

  • Comprehensive training on our tech stack (Salesforce,RingDNA, Guided Selling,Attention AI)
  • Regular meetings with yourTeamLead,Director,SalesEnablementManager
  • Process reviews, role plays, call reviews, and objection handlingworkshops
  • Shadowing top-performing team members
  • Real-time coaching and feedback
  • Product training

The goal of this ramp period is twofold: to develop your skills and to assess whereyou'llbe most successful within our organization.Uponconclusionof your onboarding,you may continue in an outbound role,transition to an inbound,ortransition toan existing customer business developmentposition.We'recommitted to placing you where you can thrive and make the greatest impact.

What You'll Do
  • Conductoutbound prospecting to warm and cold leads
  • Schedule qualified demos for Account Executives
  • Master our talk tracks,methodology, and objection handling techniques
  • Maintainaccuraterecords in Salesforce and follow ouroutbound motion
  • Collaborate with team members andsales leadership
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly activity and performance metrics

  • Strong communicationskills and comfort with phone-based outreach
  • Coachability and eagerness to learn and improve
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to follow prescribed processes andmethodology
  • Interest in developing a career insales; all account executives are internal promotions fromthebusinessdevelopment team.
