Workshop Admin

Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is hiring a Crane Workshop Admin for a growing team. We're looking for a detail-oriented candidate with strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Update and maintain Excel trackers and inventory logs.
• Prepare reports (training provided).
• Create and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
• Assist with tracking and sourcing parts.
• Ensure accurate and organized documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
