ACharleston Plaintiffs Law Firm seeks a qualified personal injury legal assistant that can step into an active case load.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proactive with case load
- Strong work ethic
- Experience requesting case reports and records
- Exceptional time management skills
- Able to prioritize caseload and daily tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Posses exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Communicate with clients on a daily basis
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Able to multitask and thrive in a high pressure atmosphere
- Work well in a team setting and have a team player attitude
- Able to take direction from others well
- Comply with law firm standards and expectations of case management
- Client interaction
- Experience with personal Injury law (auto wrecks; dog bites; s/f; etc...)
- Workers Compensation is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
