We lead the charge in supporting the U.S. workforce and helping reclaim America's standing as a global manufacturing powerhouse. We believe in being honest and direct: with our customers, with our partners, with our employees, with the world.

Senior Data Analytics Specialist

Do you want to be the person trusted to answer what actually happened?

We’re looking for a senior analytics practitioner to own digital measurement end-to-end across ecommerce and digital marketing. Not to support someone else’s stack, but to own it: GA4, Google Tag Manager, and server-side implementation, along with the governance and standards that keep the data honest. When a merchandising manager questions a number, when a paid media manager’s attribution doesn't reconcile, when a new initiative needs KPIs defined before launch, this role is where those questions land.

You'll work across Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, Merchandising, and Development, and you’ll be on-site in Bolingbrook alongside the teams you support. This role reports to the Digital Optimization Team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own GA4, Google Tag Manager, and server-side GTM implementation, setting the standard for how WeatherTech collects digital data.
  • Build and maintain measurement plans across web, media, CRM, marketplaces, and ecommerce so every channel is measured on a consistent foundation.
  • Audit and validate tracking implementations, catching problems before they reach a dashboard and shape a decision.
  • Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, Merchandising, and Development to define KPIs and event tracking for new initiatives from the start rather than after launch.
  • Support experimentation and A/B testing frameworks that give teams confidence in what they’re reading.
  • Investigate data discrepancies and attribution challenges and give stakeholders a clear answer on what’s real.
  • Maintain the documentation and governance standards that let analytics scale past any one person.
  • Translate business questions into the data collection required to answer them, working with dashboard owners to make sure the underlying tracking holds up.
  • Monitor platform, browser, and privacy changes, and get ahead of what they mean for our measurement.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years in digital analyticswith a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally supporting an ecommerce or direct-to-consumer business.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and data layer architecture, with the instinct to design a clean implementation rather than patch one.
  • Working knowledge of server-side tagging and privacy frameworks, and genuine interest in where measurement is heading as third-party signal continues to erode.
  • Strong diagnostic ability. You enjoy the hunt when two systems disagree, and you don't stop at the first plausible explanation.
  • The credibility to set a measurement standard and get teams to follow it, earned through expertise rather than org chart.
  • The communication skills to explain a technical measurement issue to a non-technical stakeholder without condescension and without jargon, and to leave them asking a sharper question next time.
  • An instinct for the business behind the data, connecting what you measure to how WeatherTech sells, serves, and keeps its customers.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
