The Role

This is a substantive, client-facing trainee position with a structured 12–18 month advancement path to Consultant. You'll contribute to analysis, documentation, and client deliverables from day one not administrative work.

What You'll Do

Financial, legal, and market research across all practice areas; client report preparation and correspondence; asset identification and due diligence support; EB-5 investor file management and USCIS compliance tracking; and litigation support including deposition prep and discovery review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related field
• Foundational understanding of financial statements and corporate structures
• Strong written communication and Microsoft Office proficiency
• High integrity and discretion with sensitive client information
• Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple concurrent matters

Preferred: Consulting, finance, or legal internship experience; EB-5 or cross-border transaction exposure; bilingual in Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese
