Location:1224 Poinsett Highway Greenville, SC 29609
Night Shift Work Hours:7pm - 7am, with expected mandatoryadditionalhours including weekends
Pay:Starting at $18.00 per hour based on experience/ skills

What we are looking for:
TheOperator,Lettershopis vital in the production and mailing of direct mail campaigns. Duties may includeprinting,folding,inserting,addressing, andsortingletters, postcards, brochures, or othermarketing materials. Ensuring that the direct mail pieces are accurately assembled and processed according to specifications and postal regulations.

Whatyou’llbe doing:

  • Folding, assembly, inserting, packaging, sorting, and mailing.
  • Operation of mail production equipment while paying attention to details and deadlines.
  • Set up and adjust equipment for production runs independently.
  • Troubleshooting of mailing, sorting, folding, and insertingequipment.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning andidentifyany deviations.
  • Work with team members and supervisors tooptimizeproduction processes and resolve any issues.

Who you are:

  • Production work experience in adetail-orientedanddeadline-drivenenvironment.
  • Experience working in a Direct Mail/Lettershop and/or Printingenvironmentpreferred.
  • Ability toidentifyimproper machine operation and make basic adjustments.
  • Acquireexpertisein USPS postal regulations (knowledge or experience preferred).
  • Work history of longevity, excellentattendanceand responsibility (no job hoppers).
  • Ability to read and understand job tickets,maintainand document productionprocesses.
  • High School/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Work Environment:Positionoperatesin a regulated manufacturing print/mail production facility

Physical Demands:

  • Stand and walk for up to 12 hours, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced production environment

Security Clearance:Amsive is a Federal Contractor, and this position may require government security clearance for certain projects.
