We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate at our brand new, state-of-the-artLincoln Manufacturing Center. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new facility!

Hours for the position are Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.
Earn Up to $27.40 Per Hour
·Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour + DOE
· Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $5,000 per year
Total Earning Potential:$27.40/hour

What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
• Move freight, stock and other materials and track numbers of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
• Pick and Pack materials in accordance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Record number of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
• Stage finished service orders in correct staging lanes.
• Pick items correctly via pick ticket or other warehouse management devices.
• Package items for shipment to ensure damage is minimal.
• Responsible for meetings specified metrics for daily shipments.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.

Requirements
· Must possess High School Diploma or Equivalent.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Must be able to navigate a warehouse management system.

· Able to be forklift certified within 14 days of hire.
· Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
