Licensed Electrician:Monroe, WI
Our client isseeking a skilled Electrician to install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems supporting lighting, climate control, security, communications, and machine operations within industrial and commercial environments. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable facility and equipment performance.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Plan, diagram, install, and repair electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment such as switches, relays, and circuit breaker panels
- Measure, cut, bend, assemble, and install conduit; pull and connect wire to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, and other components
- Test circuit continuity and ensure system compatibility using instruments such as ohmmeters, ammeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and meggers
- Assemble, install, and wire electrical systems for heating, lighting, power, refrigeration, and communication equipment
- Use a variety of hand and power tools including conduit benders, wire strippers, drills, and saws
- Adhere to theNational Electrical Code (NEC)and company safety standards to protect people, equipment, and property
Skills & Experience:
- Education:HSD/GEDANDWI Electricians License,REQUIRED
- Experience:5+ years of industrial experience in commercial or industrial environments,REQUIRED
- Knowledge:Strong knowledge of NEC, Comm 16, & NECA Standards; LOTO, HAZMAT, ESD, & ARC Flash procedures,REQUIRED
- Physical Requirements:Ability tolift upto 75 pounds; strong color vision, manual dexterity, physical fitness,REQUIRED
- Travel:up to 150 miles around Monroe, WI, flexibility to stay overnight as needed

Pay:Starting at $41.00/hour (flexible based on experience)
