You'll help build high-performing teams, develop construction professionals, and drive successful project outcomes.This role combines project leadership with people development. You'll use your construction experience to guide teams, solve complex challenges, strengthen client relationships, and positively impact project performance and profitability.WHAT YOU'LL DOProvide leadership and oversight across multiple construction projects and project teamsLead complex projects while monitoring schedule, budget, quality, and overall performanceMentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project team membersAssess team strengths and development opportunities and provide ongoing coaching and feedbackHelp assign project teams based on project needs, experience, and individual developmentServe as a technical, strategic, and procedural resource for project teamsIdentify project risks and guide teams toward timely, effective solutionsMonitor project profitability and drive decisions that support strong financial performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholdersSupport recruiting, onboarding, and development of construction professionalsPromote consistency, accountability, and Pavilion standards across project teamsPartner with regional and company leadership to support operational and business goalsWHAT YOU'LL BRING8+ years of construction experience with multifamily, senior housing, hospitality, or similar projects5+ years of experience performing the responsibilities of a Project Manager or equivalent roleExperience leading projects valued at $15M+Renovation experience; historical renovation experience is a plusDemonstrated success leading multiple projects, teams, and prioritiesStrong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, cost management, and project deliveryProven ability to lead, mentor, and develop construction professionalsStrong business judgment with an understanding of project profitability and client experienceExcellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, estimating, and scheduling softwareA leadership approach centered on accountability, collaboration, and developing othersReady to build your vision?
