We are now seeking a passionate and licensed Customer Service Representative to help us continue our mission and build a rewarding career in insurance!

• Client Advisory Service: Answer calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and care. Review policies, explain coverage clearly, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Policy Management: Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and new applications accurately using Allstate systems.
• Cross-Selling: Identify and offer additional products that provide genuine value and protection to your clients.
• Agency Reporting: Work with agency reports to track performance, spot trends, and follow up on critical tasks.
• Agency Support: Maintain accurate client records, handle billing questions, and help keep the office running smoothly.

• Active Texas PC License (or willingness to obtain it before your start date)
• Communication Skills: You're comfortable with phones, emails, and in-person conversations
• Customer-Service Oriented: You genuinely enjoy helping people and solving problems
• Detail-Oriented: You record information accurately and minimize errors
• Positive Attitude: You create a welcoming environment for clients and teammates alike
• Spanish Speaking Preferred: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
