Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, answering their questions with clarity and care.

Process policy changes, payments, and endorsements accurately while keeping detailed notes in our system.

Explain complex coverage details in plain language so our clients always feel confident in their protection.

Reach out to existing clients for policy renewals to ensure their coverage remains a perfect fit for their life.

Collaborate with our agents to resolve any billing or administrative issues that may arise.

Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment where every client feels heard and valued.

Requirements

Property Casualty insurance license for the state of Pennsylvania is preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Licensing must be obtained within 6 months and we pay for all licensing costs

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within an insurance office.

Clear and articulate communication skills over the phone and in writing.

Proficiency with agency management software and basic office computer programs.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a small, steady-paced office.

High school diploma or equivalent.
