Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead a vibrant, structured Pre-K classroom that blends learning and laughter
- Design hands-on, age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Track student development and prep them for Kindergarten readiness
- Build strong relationships with families and teammates
- Collaborate with other educators to keep our center top-tier
Requirements:
- Valid Indiana teaching license (Early Childhood or Elementary Ed preferred)
- A passion for helping children grow socially, emotionally, and academically
- Experience in a preschool or early learning environment (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-focused mindset
