RESPONSIBILITIES:- Handle 3+ hours of customer phone interactions daily, inbound and outbound.
- Answer customer inquiries & assist with policy changes.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Leverage existing client relationships and opportunities to generate new business & coverage needs.
- Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Exceptional phone presence and verbal communication skills - you are comfortable on the pone for the majority of your workday.
- Strong multitasker who can manage calls, systems, and follow-ups without dropping the ball
