Desired experience includes the operation of a captive bolt pistol, skinning, head and weasand procedures, evisceration, brisket splitting, ring and tie bung, etc. Competitive pay. At this time, we are only looking for applicants that are experienced in the slaughter of cattle, swine, and sheep. Must be legal to work in the US. We are not hiring warehouse workers, forklift operators, drivers or anyone for entry level.
