As a Cook at Geneva Marina, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals for our customers using fresh ingredients and following established recipes. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at all times
- Follow all ServSafe / Health Department guidelines
- Stock or refill items as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food safety procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Available weekends & holidays
- Ability to work in a hot environment and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis
