Custodial Job Description
We are a janitorial company with Government and Federal contracts within the US. This Job is based at a large government facility in Aberdeen, MD.
We are looking for a male that should be able to perform the following
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform janitorial cleaning
- Knowledge of floors and equipment
- Know how to use buffer, ride-on, and stripper
- Maintain and clean assigned equipment
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to abide by company policies and procedures
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
- Shampoo carpets
- Clean and sanitize the restroom
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good Communication Skills
- Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and other pre-employment requirements as needed
- Must be a Citizen
- Driver License
- Must drive/ have a car
