A well-established skilled nursing provider is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations at a Florida facility. This is a stable, long-term leadership opportunity for someone who values quality care, team development, and operational excellence.

Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 (DOE)

Requirements:

• Active Florida LNHA license in good standing

• Strong track record with surveys, compliance, and census growth

• Hands-on leadership style with ability to build strong teams

• Experience in Florida skilled nursing settings preferred

• Stable work history (not interim roles)

• 5+ years of Administrator experience preferred
