Window Cleaning Technician

Sparkle Squad is looking for an amazing squad memberto join our team for the upcoming season! We love what we do, and it shows in every window we clean. We are the Cleaner, Safer, Better, window cleaning company.

The Position: Professional Window Cleaning Technician

Compensation: $18–$20/hour to start, plus performance bonuses: $50 for every new customer job you book, $10 for every upsell, and $10 for every 5-star review. Technicians who work the system earn $30+/hour.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience through completing window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and holiday lighting services.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
