Kraus Restoration is looking for a driven, high-energy
Business Development Manager to own a territory in Northern New Jersey. If you’re naturally outgoing, love building relationships, and want a role where your personality directly drives your incomethis is it.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong, lasting relationships with contractors, vendors, and referral partners
- Be out in the field dailymeeting people, networking, and growing your presence
- Turn conversations into opportunities through smart follow-up and consistent communication
- Represent Kraus Restoration at events, meetups, and industry functions
- Create and execute marketing strategies across email, social media, and in-person outreach
- Manage your territory like your own business and drive revenue growth
