In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, responding promptly to incidents, and providing exceptional service to our guests. Compensation:

$18 hourly to start


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members by conducting regular patrols and inspections of the property.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to any incidents or emergencies, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and secure environment, embodying our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
  • Monitor and operate security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarm systems, to ensure continuous protection.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members, addressing any safety concerns with empathy and clarity.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures to enhance our security measures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in safety and security roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to conduct thorough property patrols and inspections with attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of responding effectively to emergencies and incidents.
  • Strong communication skills to address safety concerns with guests and team members.
  • Proficiency in operating security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarms.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures is a plus.
