SUMMARY
The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration and support of information systems for the US organization. This position will focus within the information systems discipline of IT Administrator job family to complete information system upgrades, changes, and feature enhancements. The role will also work collaboratively with employees and leadership to resolve incidents and problems identified within ACO’s information systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs administration of systems and databases including investigation and diagnostics of problems that are deep within one or two technologies and across other platforms.
- Provision and revoke access for Syspro, uniPoint, riteSCAN, and other systems as required.
- Analyzes requests for technology changes and customization by consulting with employees and other IT disciplines to determine requirements. Assess systemimpact of proposed changes and makes recommendations that ensure consistency with existing system standards and future system implementation goals.
- Participates as a team member and contributes to team projects.
- Collaborate with other resources for tasks as needed.
- Conducts audits on data as needed and upon request.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field, plus two years related experience or;
- Associates degree in technical field, plus four years related experience or;
- High school diploma plus six years related experience.
