Monday through Friday,730 am to400 pm
Coater Console OperatorDuties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the coater line control system, adjusting machine settings to maintain product specifications and production standards.
- Monitor production processes, material flow, and equipment performance to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation.
- Perform quality checks and make necessary process adjustments to minimize defects and ensure finished products meet customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, coordinating with maintenance and production personnel to reduce downtime and maximize productivity.
- Accurately complete production documentation, track operational data, and communicate shift updates, issues, and priorities to team members and supervisors.
Coater Console OperatorQualificationsandRequirements
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent attendance record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following all company policies and safety procedures.
- Must be willing and able to stay past regularly scheduled hours, including after 4:00 PM, when business needs require.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Backgroundcheck required; employment is contingent upon successful completion of the screening process.
