What You’ll Do

As a Write/Run Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate Xactimate estimates and overseeing projects from estimation to completion. Your responsibilities include:

• Conductingonsite inspectionsand preparing preciseXactimate estimatesin line with program guidelines andIICRC standards.
• Managing the jobs you estimate, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, andquality restoration.
• Documentingclear job site photos and project reports.
• Communicating withinsurance adjusters, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Overseeingproject timelines, budgets, and scheduling subcontractorsto keep projects on track.
• Reviewing and submitting change orders, supplements, and final invoicing details.
• Providing excellentcustomer service, guiding homeowners and business owners through the repair process and payment expectations.
• Ensuring all necessary permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are met.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Ideal candidates should have:

Xactimate estimating experience.
3+ years of construction project management experience.
2+ years of restoration industry experience.
Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and damage restoration processes.

Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing teams of subcontractors and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.

Proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, and job management software.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
