Primary Job Responsibilities:
Investigate and test new tools, platforms, and AI use cases that could enhance internal team productivity or add new capabilities for our team and clients to utilize.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, comfortably bouncing between different departments and multi-faceted initiatives as new ideas emerge.
Gather and analyze data to help the team understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal process efficiencies.
Translate complex research and AI-assisted data analysis into clear, actionable, and human-refined recommendations for leadership.
