As a Quality Inspector, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet both customer expectations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products
- Perform detailed inspections of PCB assemblies (PCBAs) using magnification
- Verify product conformance using measurement tools and test equipment
- Operate Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment
- Identify electronic components and ensure proper placement and quality
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards
- Document inspection results and report non-conformances
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of quality inspection experience in electronics manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with fine components
- Ability to distinguish colors and fine circuit detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience inspecting PCB assemblies (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with IPC standards (a plus)
