Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Indiana SLP licensure, or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or student-centered SLP settings preferred
- Knowledgeable in evaluation and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for children and adolescents
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for students across elementary, middle, and high school caseloads (assignments based on position)
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement student-specific IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings, consultations, and staff development as needed
- Support students’ progress toward academic and personal milestones
