Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly preferred
- Ability to follow teacher-led instruction and classroom plans

- Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom needs throughout the day
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification as a paraprofessional is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and supporting student learning activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may need extra assistance
- Help foster a safe, inclusive, and productive environment for learners with diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Supervise students in various settings, including in the classroom, during lunch, and on the playground
- Aid in preparing classroom materials, resources, and activities
- Monitor and report student progress and behavior to teaching staff
