Position Overview
A luxury residential high-rise in Nashville s is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to deliver a high level of service to residents and guests. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, creating a strong first impression, and ensuring a consistent, professional, and hospitality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all residents and guests promptly, using proper eye contact, posture, and tone
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor access, package handling, and resident requests
  • Maintain awareness of building activity and enforce access control procedures
  • Provide accurate information, directions, and assistance to residents and guests
  • Coordinate with property management and other on-site teams as needed
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk presence at all times
  • Monitor for any issues or irregularities and report to management as required

Service Standards

  • Maintain a visible and engaged presence at the front desk
  • No phone usage or disengagement while on duty
  • Consistent professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
  • Deliver a hospitality-focused experience at all times, not just task execution

Requirements

  • Prior experience in concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills, including email and property management systems
