ResourceMFG is hiring Manufacturing Operators. These are full-time positions in assembly, inspection, machine operation, testing, and soldering. Prior manufacturing experience is required.

What You'll Learn and Do
After completing training, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up and operating precision production equipment
- Reading and interpreting work orders
- Following production drawings and sample assemblies
- Aligning parts using jigs and other holding devices
- Using hand tools, power tools, machinery, and equipment to join and secure components
- Connecting wires between components, connectors, terminals, and contact points using approved bonding procedures
- Performing testing and inspections using magnification devices, measuring instruments, and electronic testing equipment
- Ensuring products meet quality standards and production specifications
- Following all safety, quality, and operating procedures
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience required
- Must demonstrate longevity and reliability in previous employment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
