Senior Structural Engineer - Steel and Concrete Design
Location: Baltimore, MD
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000 to $150,000 per year
Relocation: Assistance available
Lead complex structural projects and mentor design teams at a leading U.S. engineering consultancy serving commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal clients.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Structural Engineer (SE) or Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 8+ years of structural design and project leadership experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and related design software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
What You’ll Do
- Design steel, concrete, and masonry structures
- Direct design work from concept through completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and in-house engineers
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers
Nice-to-Haves
- Federal or government project experience
- Revit, RAM, ETABS, or RISA experience
- Business development experience
