Winholt Equipment is looking for a Stainless Steel Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Stainless Steel Fabrication Department. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows metal fabrication, enjoys working with a production team, and can keep people, priorities, and production moving forward.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Duties Include:
- Lead daily production activities and manage production schedules
- Review work orders, backlog, materials, and production priorities
- Lead daily production planning meetings and communicate expectations
- Monitor production performance, KPIs, quality, and deadlines
- Train, coach, and develop production associates
- Support hiring, staffing, performance management, and employee development
- Monitor equipment, materials, inventory, and production needs
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, equipment, and efficiency
- Ensure safety policies and production standards are followed
- Manage attendance and accountability
- Work closely with other departments to meet customer and shipping deadlines

Requirements:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in metal fabrication
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication equipment and processes
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, work orders, and inventory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing production teams
- Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and keep production on track
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
- Ability to wear required PPE, including eye protection and protective clothing
