The Electrical Panel QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting industrial control panels, pump station control systems, and related electrical equipment prior to shipment. This role ensures products meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and company quality standards through detailed inspections, electrical testing, and functional verification. The ideal candidate can confidently read electrical schematics, diagnose wiring or component issues, and work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to deliver high-quality finished products.

Job Duties Include:
- Perform electrical and functional testing of industrial control panels, pump station controls, and related electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and engineering documentation.
- Inspect completed control panels to verify wiring accuracy, component installation, labeling, and overall workmanship.
- Diagnose and resolve wiring, electrical component, and basic PLC or programming issues prior to shipment.
- Verify products meet engineering specifications, quality standards, customer requirements, and UL 508A requirements where applicable.
- Document inspection results, test data, nonconformances, and corrective actions.
- Identify documentation discrepancies and communicate findings to Production, Engineering, and Project Management.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and service teams to resolve quality and technical issues.
- Support final inspections, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and shipment readiness activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical testing, quality control, industrial controls, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical systems and industrial control panels.
- Experience using electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and continuity testers.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Industrial manufacturing experience
- Experience inspecting and testing UL 508A industrial control panels.
- Knowledge of NEMA enclosure requirements.
- Experience with PLCs, motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), industrial instrumentation, and Ethernet communications.
- Experience working in a control panel shop or electrical manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with factory acceptance testing (FAT) and quality documentation.
