Position Summary

In this dynamic position, you’ll take charge of our equipment and sanitation programsmanaging inventory, streamlining maintenance, and ensuring every piece of equipment meets the highest standards of safety and performance. You’ll develop innovative SOPs, lead a talented team of technicians, and build strong partnerships with vendors to keep our operations ahead of the curve. Your keen eye for detail will drive regular inspections and audits, guaranteeing compliance with all food safety regulations and delivering spotless results every time. How You'll Make a Difference

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver on-time results in a fast-paced environment
• Run daily huddles to keep everyone focused and energized
• Optimize staffing and schedules to hit productivity and cost goals
• Champion safety and compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, and more
• Drive process improvements and document wins for continuous growth
• Ensure every flight is catered accurately and on schedule
• Monitor safety standards and keep our workplace top-notch
• Jump in on special projects and company initiatives to make an impact

What we look for in a candidate

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience that shows your readiness to lead and grow
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a related role, with a passion for problem-solving and leadership
• Strong communication and people skillsyou know how to connect, guide, and inspire a team
• A natural ability to lead others toward shared goals and drive productivity
• Familiarity with key safety and regulatory standards like OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, and EPA
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skillsyou thrive in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other Windows-based applications to stay organized and efficient
