Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekends
Floating Requirements: Float to PICU
Required Credentials: BSSR Attestation

Types of Patients on Unit: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Pediatrics
Unit Details: Beds 24, Daily Census 12
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: All pediatric diagnosis. Level 2 pediatric trauma center. Off floor procedures that might include sedation. LP, BM, line placement, imaging, GI procedure. We have a sedation service that will do many of these procedures for us. We have 6 rooms designated for our oncology patients, might take them but would not have to give chemo therap
