Your Role & Impact:

As theDirector of Clinical Education, you will play a vital role in creating apremier healthcare environmentby:
Designing, implementing, and evaluatingstaff education programs, includinggeneral orientation and skills training.
Identifyingtraining needsand ensuring compliance by serving on theQAPI Committee.
Supportingcontinuous quality improvementand elevating clinical performance.
Mentoring and developing nursing staff to uphold the highest standards ofpatient-centered care.

What You Bring:

• Current and valid Texas RN license.
• Previous nurse education and leadership experienceinskilled nursing (preferred).
