Trade Compliance Coordinator
Job Description:
What You Will Be Doing:
Pull daily USMCA and COO requests from the certificates email box
Log new requests into the Arrow Trade Operations SharePoint site
Compile the list of new parts into an excel tracking sheet which should include these category headers:
Customer part number
Arrow part number
Description
Vendor
Arrow Asset manager
HTS
COO/Notes
Complete as much of the excel file as possible with information pulled from Sales workbench.
Send USMCA or COO requests to an appropriate Asset Manager or directly to vendor
Follow up with Asset Manager or vendor to ensure timely receipt of USMCA or COO information.
Upon receipt of part level information from Asset Manager or vendor update the parts tracking sheet.
Issue a USMCA certificate for eligible items or certificate of origin for non-eligible items.
Forward completed certificate to the requestor.
Update SharePoint site with the following pieces of information:
Complete information on the COO Request Tracker tab
Upload all vendor USMCA and COO documents to the Supplier provided COO section
Update parts database list
Update Certificate of Origin Customer Library section
What We Are Looking For:
Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area
Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions
Experience / Education-Preferred 2-year degree and 2–4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
Work Arrangement:This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home.
