Job Summary :

Source and developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. Build and maintain relationships with clients, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful staffing solutions and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

·Develop and maintain great relationships with client facilities

·Primary point of contact for client inquiries and needs.

·Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

·Independently negotiate contracts, bill rates and the qualification process.

·Communicate facility expectations internally, ensuring systems reflect those expectations.

·Act as liaison between the facility and the company; including ongoing follow-up and communication

·Partner with Recruiters to secure qualified candidates for client positions.

·Assist in resolving personal and professional issues regarding facility and Traveler

Requirements :

Qualifications

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·Strong negotiation and sales skills.

·Proven background in sales/marketing, preferable in travel nursing

·Problem-solving and analytical skills

·Background in medical terminology

·Ability to multitask
