Job Summary and Qualifications

Assists the quality initiative by developing, coordinating, and supporting the quality activities of data collection and analysis, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement education.

What qualifications you will need:

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• CPHQ desirable
• Current Colorado RN Licensure required (may work on a current RN compact license for the first 180 days of employment).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. May substitute work experience for degree. Business, healthcare related.

Experience:

• Medical records, data analysis, business processes, facilitation experience, design, and development of performance measurement.
• Prefer minimum 2 years experience in Quality Management with current knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Medical knowledge preferred.
• Ability to deal with politically charged situations.
• Negotiation and oral communication skills required.
• Statistical process control basics, computer literate and understanding of Quality Management processes.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point required.
