Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Preferred 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Simplifi Clinical Interviewing
Patient Ratios: ICU 1:1 or 1:2 based on acuity; PCU 1:4; may take PCU assignment in the ICU
15 week contract
Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac rhythm interpretation and tele monitoring, vents/trachs and bipap management, invasive line management, ostomy, general drains, chest tubes, IV medication titration, EPIC
Types of Patients on Unit:** Respiratory failure, ESRD, AKI, COPD, GI bleeds, DKA, sepsis, general post-op, CVA’s, ETOH, overdoses; NO craniotomies, major traumas, or major cardiothoracic.
Equipment Used on Unit: EPIC (experience required), Alaris (IV Pumps), Pyxis (medication dispensing)
Unit Details: 131 total beds (can flex up to 156) with 16 ICU beds.
Special Requests: Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will NOT be considered.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation: every other
Floating Requirements: ED overflow, PCU, or Covington.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
Certifications:

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
